On the finished matches page, pick the match and click "Download demo". Put the .dem file in the game folder (…/game/csgo) and, in the console, type playdemo file_name.

No. VIP and Premium are one-off purchases with no automatic renewal. Check the expiry in Profile › Subscriptions and renew on the VIP page.
Applications open in periods. When they're open, apply in Community › Staff application. We announce it on Discord.
Your level reflects your time and performance on the servers. Level up by playing to unlock highlights on your profile and the ranking.
Everything in VIP, plus: hide chat, legs and HUD (!hc, !hl, !hh), team balance immunity and +5 health per kill in Competitive, and bigger bonuses in Competitive and Retakes. The full list is on the VIP page.
